Please note that multi-swimmer discounts apply only if all main team swimmers are registered together. Unfortunately we are not able to pro-rate fees for the season for any reason.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund of registration fees PRIOR to the first day of swim practice only. Requests for refund will be issued in full, minus a $25.00 credit card processing fee. If you have ordered any merchandise, you remain responsible for the cost of items purchased and we will deduct this from your refund.
Once the season begins no refunds will be issued for registration fees. Please ensure your swimmer meets eligibility requirements before registering.
Mini Splash Refund Policy
We will be able to offer refunds for mini splash prior to the start of the season when there is a wait list which will allow us to fill the place being vacated by your swimmer. Refunds will be issued in full, minus a $25.00 credit card processing fee. When the wait list has been accommodated we will no longer be able to offer refunds for mini splash. Any merchandise you purchased will remain your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
